Teamleader Customer Service Warehousing

Your role as Teamleader Customer Service Warehousing
For our department Customer Service Warehousing we are looking for a Teamleader. As Teamleader, you will report directly to the Branch Manager Warehousing and lead a stable team of 10-12 colleagues. A team that works hard, where colleagues are well attuned to each other and where there is always time for an informal chat.
As Teamleader, you mainly play a directing and coaching role towards the employees in your team. Conducting performance interviews and monitoring individual targets are a nice focus here. You monitor processes, assess and improve where necessary and act as a point of contact. Naturally, you keep your team informed of developments, you are curious about how you can achieve process optimisation in an overarching manner with other departments and you maintain relationships with customers. We find it important that you have experience within the logistics and transport sector, as this will enable you to think along with us about the various solution possibilities.
It remains extremely important that, when the workload demands it, you support your team in carrying out operational tasks.

You get pleasure from coaching and developing your team. Managing is second nature to you and `you-take-one-for-the-team`. If it is necessary to support your team operationally, you do not hesitate to do so and are happy to do so. The fact that they flourish and develop makes your day a success. You like to think process-oriented and you have a clear vision on process improvement. You are a sparring partner for your team and the Branch Manager Warehousing. In times of development, change and pressure, you know how to take your team along with you with pleasure and enthusiasm.
